We collect this information only to run the store: to create and secure your account, to prepare and deliver your order, to respond to support queries, and to keep the website working reliably. We do not collect more than we need for these purposes.

Order Processing

Your name, contact details, and shipping address are used to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order, and to keep you informed of its status. This information is shared with our courier partner only to the extent needed to deliver your order to you.

Customer Support

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email, or the Contact page, we use the details you provide solely to respond to your query — for example, an order issue, a product question, or a bulk-order request. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed directly by Razorpay, our third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles this in line with its own security and privacy practices. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded, along with a payment reference, so we can confirm your order.

Communication With You

We use your contact details to send order confirmations and updates, and to reply to messages you send us. We do not send promotional or marketing communications unless you contact us first, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

Data Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections and access controls — to protect your information, and account data is stored with Supabase, our database provider. We do not claim certification under any specific security or compliance framework. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies required for authentication, security, and core website functionality — for example, keeping you signed in and keeping your session secure while you browse or check out. We do not use these technologies for advertising or third-party tracking.
