Product Information

Our pickles are handcrafted in small batches, so slight variation in appearance, color, or spice level between batches is normal and not a defect. Product images are representative of the product, and actual appearance may vary slightly batch to batch.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price shown at the time you place an order is the price you pay for that order.

Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item you have ordered is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a substitute, a partial refund, or a full refund.

Ordering Process

Orders are placed through this website and paid for securely through Razorpay. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully verified — we do not confirm or begin processing an order before that point.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided processing or dispatch has not already begun.
